Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sourcing/processing

All products from my shop are ethically sourced and processed. I value minimum impact on our environment and recycle, repurpose as much as I can. We have a 9000 gallons of rainwater collection system for our garden,orchard, chickens...and my rock workshop. Also since I am extremely allergic and tend to have bad reactions to most chemicals, I only use natural and organic products for cutting, polishing and cleansing our rocks and minerals.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping

Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged upon arrival with pictures of the damaged item and packaging container. It is very important that you take one picture before opening the box and one after opening the box with the item inside. I won’t accept return or refund if you don’t have the above two pictures to prove the damage is occurred during transportation. After reviewing the pictures, a prepaid shipping label will be send to you. Please pack the order with proper care and mail back to us. Once we receive the item and inspected it (weight, size...), a refund will be issued to you. Unfortunately since each item offered at our shop is unique, we can not offer replacement

What are your return /refund & cancellation Policies?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, I do accept return and refund, but the shipping cost are not refundable. If you mistakely placed an order and would like to cancel, please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, anytime after that, a 10% cancellation fee may be deducted from the total refund***

What method do you use to cleanse the crystals?

I generally gather all the orders placed that day and ones placed after 7pm the previous night before sunset and wash them using rainwater collected, then place them on the bench next to my lotus garden overnight to recharge from the moon and the early morning Sun. In the following morning before 8am, I will bring them in and prepare them for shipment. This is one of the reasons I need 1-2 business days to process any orders. There are other methods to cleanse the crystals, but this is the one I used the most. Sometimes if a customer needs an order to be shipped as soon as possible, I also use palo santo holy wood or sage incenses to do a quick cleansing before shipping the orders.

Are all of your geodes natural, or man made?

I guarantee all of the geodes offered in my shop are natural and not man made or treated.
